Excellent service attended to home within the hour and second visit at our request again very prompt service. My dog was much more comfortable being treated at home and is now fully recovered after his medication.
We would just like to thank Mihai and Rebecca for coming out to treat our poorly cat Millie. They were both amazing - professional, friendly and compassionate. The whole experience was so much better for Millie than a trip to the vets. They both took the time to explain everything in detail. Millie is doing much better. We will be using The Shire Veterinary for our cats. We highly recommend them. Gill, Paul and Millie.
We had Ali come out to see our donskoy sphynx Gorgina as she had stopped eating and wasn't herself, I have to say I have never in my 30 years of owning animals seen a vet connect with an animal like she did, never had she been to our house or met our little zoo, she spoke softly and sat with her stoking her and gently popped her on her knee to take her temp and examine her fully, Gorgina didn't resist anything Ali did to her, I was blown away. Gorgina had something round her tongue going down her throat we thought was cotton, turned out to be a bit of plastic netting, god only knows where she found that....she was rushed to rasen vets to be treated. She's coming home today and will be ok, thankyou from the bottom of our hearts 💕 Jan & Beth
absolutely excellent service. came to our house last night to send our fur baby on her way over the rainbow bridge. so much kindness and compassion. have had previous experience with other vets over the years where it was so clinical. the 2 that came last night were amazing. they could see amber was so poorly and didn't hesitate to assist so she's no longer in pain. seems strange to say but I was truly grateful for all their care and swift service. would definitely recommend them.
Cristina has been my vet for over 14 years and is the most dedicated, talented and caring vet, who goes above and beyond to help our dogs with sometimes very complex issues.
Cristina is a vet with a real understanding of our pets and their needs and my Paws have always had the best care in her hands.
