In order for the consult to be carried out safely, we kindly request that you confine your pet to a room (as close to the entrance as possible), so that they are ready for when we arrive. We will call you and let you know when we are on our way, so you can prepare ahead and reduce the stress for your pet

We kindly ask that all dogs have a well-fitted collar, and are restrained on a lead. If your dog has shown signs of aggression previously, please let us know in advance. 

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we feel our safety is at risk and we will offer you an alternative option. 

Please keep any pets who are not being examined out of the room, as this will help create a more relaxed environment for the pet who needs to be examined.
